The team consists of one General Manager/Fundraiser, one Executive Officer, one Project Officer, one part-time Duty Manager, two part-time Supervisors and two Skillseeker Recreation Assistants.

The General Manager holds qualifications with the Institute of Sport & Recreation Management. The Project Officer is a qualified Pool Lifeguard Training Assessor and SVQ Assessor (Scottish Vocational Qualifications).

The Project officer, the Duty Manager, the Supervisors and all Recreation Assistants have been trained to Pool Life guarding Bronze Medallion, First Aid, STA Swimming Teachers, ISRM Pool Plant Operators and the Gym Instructor.
